I think it could be anyone, but my guess is Michonne, Glenn or Maggie. For Negan, the smart thing would be to take Rick out of the equation. I doubt they would do that though.

I honestly don't know what to think. I really really really hope it wasn't glenn who died, he's my favorite character!
